About the Role
As an Asset Protection Lead, you will lead asset protection efforts with assigned business lines. You'll engage, educate, and empower the business with asset protection awareness and tactics to enhance the business's operational and financial efficiency to mitigate financial, intellectual property, and reputational loss. You'll report on existing asset vulnerabilities to the Asset Protection Manager through assessments and site visits and develop plans for remediation. You'll also engage with cross functional teams to execute remediation plans.
The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves finding solutions to problems and can move quickly as a builder and do'er in a startup culture.
Under the direction of the Asset Protection Manager, the Asset Protection Lead role will have the right mix of problem-solving ability, action-orientated bias, strong communication, and an ability to make data driven decisions.
