About the Role

The Program Manager, Quality within the reporting and Analytics team would work with multiple analysts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality in the team's deliverables. He/She will coordinate with various teams to deploy data quality across critical pipelines and to set up processes to triage data issues. The person would build scalable analytical framework to monitor data quality supporting the analytics organization. Further, the person would become champion of Data Quality for Analytics team, build quality monitoring process, employ continuous improvement and best practise adoption across the analytics team to drive increased confidence and adoption of analytics team's output by the external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Although what you do day-to-day may vary greatly, the general goal and focuses include the following
  • Create a repository of best practices, KPIs and all known data quality issue and its impact on analytics assets
  • Build and manage a quality process and a scalable quality framework to govern the deliverables of the APAC analytics and reporting team
  • Own the quality metrics for the analytics team and ensure accuracy in the team's deliverables
  • Review data models, queries, and ad hoc data analysis to ensure single source of truth and standardised reporting processes across the team
  • Define, create, improve, and automate reporting methods
  • Publish quality score for the team and analysts and employ principles of continuous improvement and best practises sharing/adoption
