About the Role
We're looking for an HR Specialist in Hong kong to support our employee population in North Asia and Singapore - someone who is passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Uber family. The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting employees and managers with basic inquiries and implementing global and local HR processes and programs within their region or function.
What You'll Do
* Building strong understanding of HR fundamentals, process * Work on HR Projects and policies implementation * Partnering with HRBPs to deliver a consistent employee experience, help manage HR operations, and employee situations. * Contribute to planning for HR initiatives such as talent development, succession, and engagement survey action planning * Manager coaching and guidance on HR policies and processes * Ability to manage Performance management cycle and low-performance situations * Support Exit process compliance * Understanding HR practices and experience in regional capacity is a plus * Workday experience and/or experience using JIRA is a plus
