About the Role
Uber's People Analytics team is growing. You'll be joining the consultative arm of our team -- called Analytics Business Partners (ABP). We bring people data and insights to Uber's most senior executives through the products we build (dashboards, reports, tools) and the relationships we cultivate. The LatAm Business Partner will be based in Uber's main LatAm headquarters (Mexico City), but will interface with stakeholders across the entire mega region to help bring people data to life for all major LatAm LOBs (Rides, Eats, Community Operations). As the sole LatAm representative on ABP, this person will need to have strong autonomy and collaboration skills, as we operate as a unified global ABP team. This person will become an analytical thought partner for stakeholders, with the opportunity to build relationships with top leaders and impact people decisions at the highest levels.
