About the Role

Uber Eats is building a top tier sales organisation responsible for driving the growth of our business, innovating our offerings and cultivating lasting relationships with our restaurant partners.

You will manage the Enterprise Onboarding & Early Lifecycle (ELC) team which is responsible for launching and managing the early lifecycle of our largest restaurant partners. The team is essential to the growth of the Uber Eats platform and is a critical part of our Sales organisation.

This is a multi-faceted role in which you will lead a team of Launch Specialists who work closely with our Enterprise clients to execute high-profile launches and ensure adoption in the early lifecycle stage. At the same time, you will be responsible for setting the future vision for Onboarding & ELC and executing on high impact projects to achieve this.

**What you'll do:


  • Be a thought leader in designing and executing a strategy for streamlining operations and optimising the customer experience

  • Manage a team of Launch Specialists who execute all Enterprise launches across Australia & New Zealand

  • Develop a high performing, customer-centric team culture

  • Optimise team productivity, set & track against SLAs, and establish robust processes to achieve efficiency and excellence

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with your vision and goals

**What you'll need:


  • 4+ years experience managing and leading teams in sales, operations, account management, or a similar function

  • Alternatively, 6+ years experience in consulting, banking, tech startup, sales, account management or similar

  • Demonstrate initiative, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills. Offer creative thinking and solutions

  • Detail-oriented, organised, self starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment

  • Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate a team

  • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce

  • Client facing experience preferred, but not required
