About the Role

The Product Connection Manager role is responsible for building a bridge between our operations team and the product team.

The team is a key partner to both our Product and Operations teams, and works to surface feedback and issues from Operations to Product (Hardware and Software), to implement products (Hardware & Software) on the field and to make sure that our product teams are building the things the operations needs for the long run.

The team is tasked with delivering improvements at scale, focusing on efficiency, and raising the bar of quality across our operations. We work to centralize processes where possible and where not possible, provide advisement to local teams on how they can execute their processes more efficiently. The overall goal of everything we do is to create efficiency, increase quality, and add automation.

What You'll Do

  • Work with cities to escalate bugs and features requests
  • Work with Product and build problem statements, for new products

  • Work with Product to implement new software products to cities (communications, feedback loops, training, continuous improvement)

  • Work with cities to structurally collect feedback for Product roadmap

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of business consulting, investment banking, marketing, or operations experience.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organization skills.
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter. Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgement in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
  • Mentality that no project is too big or too small to give their full 100%. Doesn't hesitate to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and create a strong partnership between Central Ops and other teams across the business.
  • Strong Excel / data management skills, SQL proficiency highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
