About the Role
As Growth Operations Manager you will work with the Driver Growth Lead for Benelux, to outline Uber's strategy across those markets to grow and consolidate the Fleets opportunity (Driver-Partners who operate multiple vehicles) for Uber. This is a strategic role that calls for a combination of savvy analytics, strategic thinking and strong execution.
You will have to think creatively to find ways to continuously enhance Uber's value proposition & experience for Fleets and partner-drivers. This requires a commitment to operational excellence, a deep understanding of different Fleet-operating models and economics, the capacity for out-of-the-box thinking to drive high quality Fleets strategies and a customer centric mindset to implement high impact initiatives to develop Fleets growth. You will also have to demonstrate the interpersonal ability to work alongside a team of high performing Operations Managers and a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.
This role requires developing in-depth understanding of the Benelux rides business, and to be able to navigate the ever fluctuating regulatory landscape to ensure Uber remains one step ahead in this rapidly evolving sector.
