About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be a member of the Uber for Business Sales organization. We are seeking a Middle Markets Sales Head to lead our account executives - someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You'll work closely with other sales leads, sales operations, marketing, and the broader rides org., to support processes that scale and innovate Uber for Business from the ground up.
We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales management experience who are passionate about developing a new kind of sales organization at Uber. Your team will be on the frontline introducing businesses to Uber while developing and testing new strategies around sales. You will be reporting into the Head of Uber for Business - Middle East & Africa.

What You'll Do
* Oversee a team of Middle Market executives within Sub-Saharan Africa
What You'll Need
* Minimum 10 to 12+ years of B2B sales experience in high growth companies, consulting, technology, banking, etc * Sales closing experience across multiple B2B sales segments * Sales management experience preferred * Well-versed on Uber's business model, U4B products and sales cycles; wealth of knowledge; has helped peers succeed in sales & increase their overall knowledge and skills * Bachelor's Degree required

As part of the team you will be working with middle-market and enterprise account executives, CSM's, BDR's, on-boarding specialists, marketing and other teams across Middle East & Africa to drive personal and team success. You will also be collaborating with key internal stakeholders from rider and driver ops, legal, policy and commops.
