About the Role
Uber Freight is a marketplace built to connect shippers with trucks, much like the way the Uber app connects riders and drivers. It's our vision at Uber Freight to transform the industry by creating an efficient, safe, and a high quality experience for commercial shippers and carriers by matching freight loads through technology.
Our Manager of Account Management Operations will own customer success and support for our shippers across the Uber Freight marketplace across the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and directing the team that onboards, manages, engages, and supports our shipper partners ensuring the successful delivery of every load within the Uber Freight platform. Your team will build deep relationships with global enterprise shippers, set the strategic direction for our shipper products and provide exceptional service.
