About the Role

You will be part of the Driver Growth operations team, focussing on key supply growth initiatives in Germany.

This role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will define and launch new initiatives and be the owner of the operational performance of your cities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of driver growth initiatives across Germany
  • Build, improve and standardise operations processes across all cities
  • Optimize our rides business performance, detect opportunities and issues, and propose improvements that will have an immediate impact
  • Measure and understand performance and run "real world" tests

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Currently enrolled in a Masters or Undergraduate degree
  • Last year or gap year of studies in business administration, operations or marketing, with previous internship experience (business development, startup, analytics, consulting)
  • 'Get things done' attitude: You like to execute the projects you work on, you are not afraid to get involved in operational details and have the ability to deliver quickly and efficiently.
  • Data-driven: proven ability to develop and provide relevant reporting metrics on program results to support decision making
  • Stakeholder management: You are able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress on your projects.
  • Out of the box thinking: You have the ability to identify new ways to do stuff and the willingness to implement it.
  • Hustle: You have a passion for the mission of our business and the impact it has on the cities we serve. You are a team player with no task too big or too small.
  • Available for 4 months full time
  • Work authorization in Germany
