As an Operations Intern for Southwest Europe (spanning 4 countries with large existing businesses and very high growth potential), you will support our strategic decision making process by interacting with our data and help the team to further understand our users. You will contribute to projects that have an impact on the whole organization that are related to team performance and led by our leaders. Last but not least, you will learn from a diverse panel of passionate people changing the world.

The ideal candidate has experience interacting with data and is able to connect with people easily.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Southwest Europe team to bring its analytical approach to the next level
  • Use our best in class internal tools to design new frameworks and develop our driver and rider knowledge
  • Support country strategy definition and facilitate decision making through data
  • Connect with stakeholders from all around the world to gather insights
  • Support the coordination of projects around team's performance (project scoping, content development, stakeholder management)
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Masters or Undergraduate degree
  • Work authorization in Spain
  • Available for 6 months full time with a start date of October/November 2019
  • Data science skills with data modeling abilities - experience with SQL
  • A minimum of 6 months work experience in areas such as data science, startup, analytics, banking, consulting
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, consulting and/or tech companies
  • Data-driven: proven ability to develop and provide relevant reporting metrics on program results to support decision making
  • Strong ability to connect with people across the organization
  • Self-aware professional with exposure to diverse experiences and a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives
