About the Role
We are currently searching for a Senior Counsel, M&A, with substantial and broad expertise in M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions to join the Uber Legal Team. You will be part of the M&A subteam within the broader Corporate Legal team and report to the Director, M&A and be based at Uber's HQ in San Francisco.

Help develop and implement standardized templates and processes for repeatable transactions, with an eye towards enhancing the efficiency of Uber's M&A and deal processes

About the Team
As a critical business partner to the Executive, Finance, Corporate Development, Operations and HR teams, the Corporate Legal Team is responsible for facilitating all of the Company's corporate governance activities and initiatives, ongoing SEC/securities laws compliance, global M&A and other strategic transactions, board and stockholder matters and other day-to-day general corporate affairs. M&A is a major growth driver for the company and the M&A subteam plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the company by executing transactions that have an immediate business impact on the company.
