About the Role
As a Program Strategist, you will help with the management and implementation of continuous improvements of some of our internal communication processes within Latam Customer Support area that would, in the end, result in a better service for our customers while helping to transform Uber into a more customer centric company.
In addition and by exploring complex issues, understand business needs and organize key strategic action plans, it will be expected from you to develop newsletters, presentations and/or reports to communicate status, strategies or roadblocks that help internal processes to improve on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and/or when needed.
The ideal candidate will move quickly as a builder and a doer, proactively partnering with stakeholders to ensure overall program and project effectiveness.
