About the Role
The Uber Eats Associate Program Manager role is a unique opportunity to help expand one of Uber's newest services, Uber Eats. This role, which is a part of the Restaurants PMO (Project Management Office) and BI (Business Intelligence) team, focuses on helping us bring new restaurants to the platform and grow existing ones by developing in-depth, action-oriented analyses as well as improving processes and workflows across our restaurants team. What You'll Do
Process Optimization and Creation - Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth
Business Intelligence - Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models and analyses to assist account, city, and country level decisions
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree (engineering, law, business, mathematics, marketing finance, economics, physics, etc.)
3+ years of high performing work experience in startup, strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, business development, or a variety of other specialty roles with demonstrated ability in quantitative fields, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude
A willingness to be "on the ground" working responsively across our teams
Good communication skills and stakeholder management that will allow you to clearly explain your work and to participate in constructive debate
Strong analytics and spreadsheet management, allowing you to own and develop the core analyses, tools, and frameworks for key high impact projects and day-to-day operations
Experience creating and optimizing processes a plus, but not required
Fluent or Advanced English and Spanish is required
Salesforce and SQL knowledge a plus, but not required
