The crime using synthetic identity and stolen identify is on the rise globally and against Uber. A big part of solving Risk and Safety has to do with understanding people in the real world, connecting with their digital identity and the interactions they have on and off Uber's platform. We are starting to rethink how to holistically approach trust and identity and looking for leaders to bring together a set of teams around this shared vision. At the heart of this is a lot of data and machine learning (face recognition, user similarity modeling, voice, graph algorithms, etc.)

At Uber, we ignite opportunity by setting the world in motion. We take on big problems to help drivers, riders, delivery partners, and eaters get moving in more than 600 cities around the world.
