About the Role
The SMB Sales Manager role is a unique opportunity to take on the formation and leadership of a team of Restaurant Partnership Representatives in the establishing of relationships and partnering with small to medium independent restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
Uber Eats has been going from strength-to-strength and harbours greats launch and expansion ambitions, and you'll be effectively responsible for driving the restaurant partnerships to attain these. It demands a unique combination of rapport building skills, analytical drive, and process architecting abilities. This is a fast-paced, growing role, and this person will work with the Eats operations teams along with other teams to drive significant evolution in the Uber Eats business.
What You'll Do:
Manage a team of Restaurant Partnership Representatives to perform against targets.
Drive local innovation in process optimisation and productivity levers
Build and maintain a positive team morale and culture
Coach and develop individual contributors in line with business and personal plans
Contribute to the definition of the UK & Ireland partnership strategy and proposition
Apply international process adherence and local process creation, applying proven methodologies
