Our Senior Manager of Sales Operations is a critical partner with our leadership and the sales teams, helping to set strategy for growth, and ensuring that the sales team is empowered, with clear tactics and strategies. They will manage, grow, and develop a high performing sales operations team.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in sales operations and has worked in high-growth sales environments. They deeply understand the fundamentals and theory of selling. They are motivated by building the future, are a proven manager and leader, can dig deep into the data, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

What You'll Do

  • Inspire, and scale the sales operations team focused on understanding sales performance, managing sales processes and driving insights
  • Lead high priority, cross functional initiatives including (but not limited to) orginzation structure, GTM strategy, and market segmentation
  • Drive consistent QBRs, forecasting calls and pipeline reviews.
  • Lead annual sales planning including territory alignment, quota setting and and sales incentive design

What you'll need

  • A minimum of 7 years sales operations leadership experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance
  • MBA required
  • Leadership experience hiring and coaching a Sales Operations team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management
  • Interest in sales systems design and data analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
  • You geek out in understanding the sales funnel and you read up on sales operations best practices
  • Desire to take initiative; lean in with your team; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships

Bonus Points If

  • You have familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Marketo and sales compensation softwares
  • You have experience leading sales operations through hyper-growth and/or international expansion
  • You have experience in both Enterprise and SMB segments
