About the Role
For the UberEats Business Insights Manager role, we're looking for an analytical and technical problem solver, who is able to dive into unstructured environments to design solutions. You will drive analyses behind regional and APAC-wide decisions related to our community's support experience; and will be expected to build scalable processes and systems that enable internal and external stakeholders to leverage data and act upon insights. You will be expected to manage a diverse set of stakeholders across teams, businesses and geographies.

About the Team
The Central Analytics & Insights (A&I) team manages all data and analytics needs of the APAC Eats Community Operations team spanning 3 regions (Australia & New Zealand, India, North Asia). The team has three broad purposes - (1) Own Uber's support data integrity and quality, and metrics definitions and reporting, (2) Inform CommOps leadership's priorities by generating high-value analytical insights, (3) Support APAC regional teams' A&I needs
