Senior Business Development Associate, Uber for Business

About the Role

Uber for Business is developing Uber's next set of businesses by building on Uber as a Platform. We help organizations of all sizes leverage Uber to grow their business and engage their customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing Uber for Business's most strategic partnerships.

We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is excited to grow and expand partnerships at Uber. You've excelled in complex deal-management and execution, led product and sales integrations, and have a strong history of executive relationship-building.

What You'll Do

  • Post-deal partner management
  • Own and execute strategic partnerships that have global implications
  • Maximize deal outcomes by optimizing all aspects of the partnership and go-to-market efforts
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive to successful partnership outcomes
  • Understand business model implications and communicate in a financially grounded way
  • Own deal outcomes and communicate results to leadership
  • Translate partner success requirements to product, marketing, and operations teams and drive execution to completion
  • Drive partner strategy and engagement based on data-driven findings


What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 4 years of Partner or Customer Management experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Proven experience managing partners or strategic customers
  • Technical aptitude - you can speak the language and interface with our product, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Business mindset with experience driving metrics-oriented outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • MBA degree
  • Experience supporting platform integrations
