About the Role

The Analytics and Insights Manager role will report to the APAC CommOps Head of Strategy, Planning & Analytics and be responsible for crafting reports, developing analyses, build tools and processes and distilling actionable insights on core support and business metrics to enable data driven decision-making. You will partner with the regional community operations teams to generate actionable data insights and solutions from Uber's large datasets to improve customer experiences that are scalable and consistent.
