Ad Ops Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Ad Ops Manager to help scale our global marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our marketing managers and advertising partners use excellent tracking technology, marketing tools, data and BI systems to enhance the Return on Investment (ROI) on marketing spend.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical, analytical & project management skills, thrive at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology, and passionately but clearly convey information and results.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of triage for technical issues and requests related to marketing tracking, tagging, attribution, ad serving, data and reporting
  • Solve difficult tracking problems across web and mobile app campaigns, work with a diverse set of marketing channels, and be the go-to expert for campaign tracking
  • Campaign management, analytics, and tag management
  • Implement complex tracking technologies for improved attribution of marketing ROI at the granular level
  • Provide organized process and structure to encourage smooth scaling and day-to-day execution of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of analysts, marketers, engineers, and product managers to deliver against the organization's KPIs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of overall experience working in ad ops or ad tech support supporting agency or advertiser side campaigns
  • Hands on experience with tracking implementation, tag management, trafficking, conversion tracking, and campaign management tools
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with tracking implementation tools such as Tune, Appsflyer, Kochava, or Google Tag Manager
  • Minimum 2 years working with Google Analytics or Adobe Site Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred
  • Experience with ticket management system and resolving tickets within SLAs
  • Understanding of the mobile app marketing ad space and mobile attribution
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and executing with little oversight. Self-starter attitude is a must!
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills essential
