About the Role

The Central Ops Compliance team is responsible for owning and executing on the overall compliance strategy for the JUMP business. We work to centralize processes where possible and where not possible, provide advise to local teams on how they can execute their processes more efficiently. The overall goal of everything we do is to achieve scale, increase quality, and help grow the business.

The Compliance team is looking for an analyst to lead our city data reporting responsibilities. This role will involve working internally with local city operations and product teams, supporting functional teams that interface with regulators, as well as troubleshooting issues with our external stakeholders. In addition to these responsibilities, the analyst will be responsible for creating and managing tools and processes related to data sharing, data management and automation, with the goal of using data to help us visualize and solve our most pressing and complex operations issues related to regulation and permitting.

The ideal candidate will understand the importance of data reporting to our city partnerships, be driven and curious about digging into data to provide insights to our internal and external partners.

What You"ll Do

  • Drive analysis on important strategic decisions that informs key business initiatives, including city-level reporting, audits, and regulatory review
  • Use technical skills and creativity to create automation solutions to city reporting where possible and add efficiency to the data sharing process
  • Uncover areas of non-compliance and business risk by having a curious mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Reduce business risk by ensuring we operate in accordance with internal and external legal and business standards
  • Create or identify existing processes that can reduce areas of non-compliance and scale across all of our JUMP networks
  • Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at city, regional, and global levels
  • Collaborate with local city teams and other Operations teams, as well as legal, product, and other HQ teams, to accomplish key initiatives
  • Take ownership of JUMP's overall regulatory and compliance goals and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • This role demands excellent stakeholder and project management skills

What You"ll Need

  • Strong R and/or Python skills required
  • Strong Excel/data management skills. Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency is a must.
  • Experience in geospatial data analysis preferred
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
