About the Role

We are building a regional loyalty team in Latin America to build programs that engage and reward Uber's highest value users. As the Operations & Strategy Manager, Driver Loyalty South Cone, you will be responsible for the driver loyalty programs for South Cone, working closely with your peers on the Regional Loyalty Team while aligning with sub-regional teams across South Cone.

What You'll Do

  • Design Loyalty strategies to test localized benefits and analyze results and effects on and marketplace
  • Work with Regional Marketplace & Efficiency team to design experiments and document failed experiments and expand successful experiments for potential regionalization
  • Define entry thresholds per value tier by city/country and maintain and monitor country/city level cohorts
  • Define potential rewards and local partners which are territory or country specific and run operations of partnerships once closed
  • Gather feedback and insights from local teams on the ground, incorporate learnings into local and mega-regional loyalty strategy

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Math or similar field is preferred
  • 5 years of experience with Loyalty strategies is required, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Excellent data skills: you'll need a data-driven decision making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with deep analytical thinking.
  • SQL proficiency strongly preferred, but knowledge of other coding languages, allowing for fast pick-up of SQL is also acceptable
  • Clear communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
    Experience creating and optimizing processes
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist mindset
  • Some high-growth operations or startup experience is a plus
  • Roll up your sleeves and get into the details approach
