Head of Account Management, Uber for Business - EMEA

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Uber for Business EMEA organization. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and account management experience who are passionate about developing a new kind of sales and account management organization at Uber. You'll be on the frontlines following and boosting businesses contribution to Uber while developing and testing new strategies around account management. We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.

The Head of CSM, EMEA will work on a global basis to grow Uber's business through the ramp-up phase, business extension and retention of customers. You will manage CSMs spread out all over EMEA and you will be ultimately responsible for the Gross Bookings generated on the EMEA portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Define and roll-out a set of dashboards that will allow us to track customer ramp, share of wallet and retention
  • Build a team of CSMs for EMEA, balancing local presence with the need to run a shared service (CSM activity will have to be thought of as an EMEA investment, not as a local investment)
  • Follow the day-to-day customer roll-out activity and customer ramp
  • Participate to prospects and client meetings
  • Drive Gross Bookings growth

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 12 years of B2B sales experience, in tech, corporate travel or other B2B related activities
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the account management process
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
  • Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
