About the role
This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Uber for Business EMEA organization. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and account management experience who are passionate about developing a new kind of sales and account management organization at Uber. You'll be on the frontlines following and boosting businesses contribution to Uber while developing and testing new strategies around account management. We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.
The Head of CSM, EMEA will work on a global basis to grow Uber's business through the ramp-up phase, business extension and retention of customers. You will manage CSMs spread out all over EMEA and you will be ultimately responsible for the Gross Bookings generated on the EMEA portfolio.
