About the Role
The Quality Analyst for the US and Canada will deliver high priority projects across the Community Operations organization, which is responsible for providing customer support to the Transport and Eats community.
As a member of the Community Operations Team, you will facilitate the analysis behind decisions related to our community's support experience. As an analyst on the CommOps quality team you will create analyses that drive decisions related to all US and Canada programs. For this role, you should have excellent reporting, analytical skills, excellent time-management, prioritization and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
