Reporting Analyst (US&C Quality)

About the Role

The Quality Analyst for the US and Canada will deliver high priority projects across the Community Operations organization, which is responsible for providing customer support to the Transport and Eats community.


As a member of the Community Operations Team, you will facilitate the analysis behind decisions related to our community's support experience. As an analyst on the CommOps quality team you will create analyses that drive decisions related to all US and Canada programs. For this role, you should have excellent reporting, analytical skills, excellent time-management, prioritization and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What You'll Do


  • Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend for process improvements and solutions
  • Develop and manage a repeatable process for measuring quality and customer satisfaction data
  • Design, develop, automate, and present detailed analytical reports for leaders, internal business partners, and technology teams
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries to generate reports, troubleshoot and resolve Quality infrastructure (review queues, sample size, sample selection etc.) issues
  • To work closely with key clients and stakeholders from US & Canada

What You'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of Quality Data Reporting and Analysis experience preferably in a BPO/shared/captive company setting
  • Proficiency in Quality reporting tools programs
  • Advanced Excel / data management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights
  • Knowledgeable and experience in SQL is highly preferred but not required
  • Amenable to work on Night Shift schedules only
