About The Role

The Onboarding Specialist aims to deliver a flawless onboarding experience for merchants. Achieve this goal by implementing measures such as optimizing the onboarding process, facilitating self-service material uploads, coordinating photography arrangements, etc.

Uber Eats is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Small-to-Medium Sized Business ("SMB") OB Team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work efficiently and optimally with our SMB restaurant partners to optimize the onboarding process and strengthen relationships through excellent customer service.

Your Impact in Role:

  • Maintain merchants onboarding pipeline
  • Support SMB Team with system troubleshooting and pipeline optimization.
  • Immediate reactions to arrange resources in supporting geo expansion.
  • Identify and provide comprehensive solutions for diverse merchant needs at scale. Improve OB material quality such as updated brochures.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

  • B2B client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experienced in Salesforce and Google sheet.
  • Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to leadership.
