International Payroll Analyst
About the Role
- Take responsibility for the complete daily end-to-end payroll process for a number of APAC/EMEA/LATAM payrolls. Managing the daily payroll process includes, but is not limited to:
- Payroll data collection/preparation
- Processing starters and leavers in accordance with local rules
- Processing global Compensation, Insured Benefits, Perks and Country Specific Employee Benefits
- Managing timely payment of all payroll related payments: salaries, social security and taxes
- Responsible for periodical country payroll reporting and other statutory payroll filings
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of all payroll related GL accounts
- Maintain an excellent relationship with the payroll data providers and vendors and manage a smooth, timely and precise handling of transactions
- Support year end activities and payroll compliance audits
- Handling all employee payroll related queries within agreed SLA

What You'll Need
- Degree/Diploma in accounting or equivalent with minimum of 0-3 years of relevant working experience in India/International payroll/Accounting
- Effective Communication skills.
- Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficiency in Excel, payroll administration and have excellent analytical skills
- Passion for payroll, team work, prioritize, think outside of the box and have a positive attitude
