About the Role

The Scaled Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. This role focuses on creating processes to engage a large group of Small-to-Medium Sized restaurants efficiently and optimally. This role requires the scaled account manager to deepen the relationship with our partners to increase retention as well as grow revenue, upsell services and ensure new partners are set up for success on our platform.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  • Build scalable processes and standardize best-practices within merchant success and your territory
  • Partner with our Operations and Sellers on managing the relationship, issue, and questions of merchants
  • Track merchant KPI and OKR to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
  • Fluent in using Excel/Google Suite

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  • Analytical skills - ability to segment large data sets and turn them into actionable results to drive KPI through Excel/Google Suite and Salesforce (Nice to Have)
  • Experience creating processes and solving problems in scale

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $85,500 per year - $95,250 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link
