Senior Performance B2B Marketing Manager, Uber for Business

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead a growing team to drive multi-channel customer acquisition and demand generation for a fast growing part of Uber : Uber for Business. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing in a high-growth environment using a full marketing mix.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive return on investment for B2B companies. You will think creatively and analytically and work collaboratively across the organization. Additionally, you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” demeanor and ambitious spirit!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the Global Performance Marketing strategy, collaborating with Marketing and the business stakeholders to ensure the campaigns deliver against targets.
  • Consult with local groups to help prioritize globally led strategies to improve growth.
  • Partner with Operations and Marketing central and regional teams to understand the local challenges, and help develop scalable, regional performance marketing tactics to address these challenges.
  • Be the voice of Performance Marketing with cross-functional teammates in region, building trust between Global and local teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B cross-channel strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other partners with decision making.
  • A high business acumen with a strong analytical approach.
  • Strong communication skills including fluent spoken and written english.
  • Strong presenter, able to clearly narrate strategic vision and performance of your projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable collaborating matrixed organization.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently to seek opportunities that maximize business growth impact.
  • Ability to promptly establish and communicate priorities and a passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia.
  • Experience working in a return on ad spend (ROAS) performance marketing framework.
  • Strong familiarity with AdTech and measurement approaches to performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Performance Marketing strategies in a marketplace business.
  • Experience managing large Performance Marketing budgets.
  • In-house Performance Marketing experience preferred.
  • A hard-working, diligent, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to make valuable contributions to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by difficult situations!

For New York City-based roles: The salary range for this role is $180,000 per year - $200,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity.
