Sr. Account Executive, Out of Home Media Sales - Uber Ads

About the Role

The Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for an experienced & connected OOH seller to be a founding member of our newly formed Uber Advertising division. As a Client Partner in our OOH group, you will be responsible for partnership revenue across our seven fleets of digital cartop & taxitop media on both a national and local basis. You will work closely with operations and leadership to consistently deliver on our partners' marketing objectives. This role report to the Head of Out of Home Sales

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  • Identify & develop opportunity at agency and client to build pipeline & subsequent OOH revenues
  • Manage the RFP process and active pipeline
  • Be a master of the seven metros Uber currently serves with digital cartop media while helping craft stories and presentations to help support sales initiatives
  • Meet and/or exceed targeted monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives
  • Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises.
  • Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps.
  • Have a team mindset & support all team members

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Out of Home Advertising Sales Experience
  • Established Out of Home Agency & Client relationships
  • A strong understanding of the OOH programmatic ecosystem and experience selling & running PMP programs.
  • Proven seller with strong focus on closing deals (direct or PMP) to achieve quarterly team goals
  • Excellent prospector, storyteller negotiator and problem solver.
  • Knowledge & continued curiosity about the OOH media market at a national & local level
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Uber In App sales teams
  • Accurately forecast and project monthly revenue
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills

  • 7+ Years of OOH Advertising Sales Experience
  • High Level OOH Agency / Client relationships
  • Passionate about the Out of Home media space
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

For New York City-based roles: The salary range for this role is $139,000 per year - $154,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
