Manager, Business Operations - Driver Lifecycle & Engagement

About the Role

Driver engagement remains one of the most important pillars for Uber to reach out and engage with its driver partners. We are looking for a Driver Lifecycle and Engagement Manager to develop a strategy to manage and analyze interactions throughout the driver lifecycle and help us engage, retain, and educate drivers for all possible use cases effectively and in an engaging manner.

This specialized Operations role requires a combination of technical (data & statistical analysis, experiment design & execution, Excel) and marketing skills (campaign design & execution and channel optimization) while understanding business priorities. This includes persona mapping and segmentation, creatives & campaign designing and executing communications, developing projects, processes, and experiments driven by a deep understanding of data and analytics.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
