In 2020, UberEats has officially become the Japan's number 1 online-food-delivery service, with over 600,000 restaurant partners (RPs) across all 47 prefectures in Japan.

By the year 2025, it has been estimated that 40% of the entire food and restaurant industry will be online. That will contribute to approximately $220 billion differing across locations.

About Role


Uber is looking for a passionate Channel Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new restaurants via the management of our channel sales partner (CSPs - Dai Li Dian ).

CSP (Dai Li Dian ) Acquisition Team Management (70%):

  • Work with the team member and search and contact the potential CSPs
  • Pitch and investigate those companies whether they are eligible enough to become Uber's CSP
  • Conduct initial training of what the CSPs will do when they onboard.
  • Plan and implement the existing operation improvement

CSP (Dai Li Dian ) Account Management Team Support (30%):

  • Lead multiple account's weekly meeting and accelerate their performance via performance analysis and other strategic acceleration plan
  • Correspond to inquiries from CSPs which occurs on the daily basis.

Successful Candidate


Who do we want? We want a strategic problem solver with data-driven and a self-starting mentality--ideally with experience in B2B and technology service sales.

A successful candidate should be able to manage a team of existing distributors, identify potential CSPs and build an insightful plan to acquire new sales partners. You will work with our cross-functional team to determine which region and which type of CSP the team should focus on.

Channel Sales is one of our fastest growing business in Uber, and there are plenty room for your creativity, entrepreneurship and ambition. We want someone who can show us new ways of doing things and bring the business to the next level!

Basic Qualifications


  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience. Ideally, you have experiences in B2B sales, channel sales or vendor managements (distributors).
  • Excellent understanding of how to build a long-lasting relationship with clients. Have the proven track record of to hit demanding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (N1)

Nice-to-Have


  • Business English level.
  • Strong passion and experiences in the technology industry.
