Customer Experience Onboarding Project Manager

About the Role

At Uber, providing excellent customer support to our merchants is a core feature of our product experience. We need to maintain that level of customer service while scaling to meet the needs of a new and rapidly growing business.

The Onboarding Project Manager will be responsible for leading some of the key strategic Projects for the Delivery customer experience org, which strive to build the outstanding experience for our Restaurants!

You will work closely with the other internal Delivery CX team members as well as other of our key partner groups (Ops, Product, Analytics & Insights, Strategy & Planning, Enablement among others) to define and implement the desired customer experience in the LATAM.

What You'll Do

  • Be the internal voice of Merchants Onboarding experience
  • Be the to - go person for all Menu related support processes and projects since design, implementation and monitoring phases
  • Be responsible for an existing portfolio of projects ensuring deliverables, documentation and strategy alignment
  • Identify main merchants difficulties and opportunities holistically across their onboarding and ELC journey and prioritize improvement opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • Project/program management experience
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: ability to lead and guide initiatives to gather, develop, and disseminate knowledge leading to enhance efficiency and interpersonal leverage
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build and present information that engages team and stakeholders. Experience presenting data visually.
  • Proactive attitude in fast-paced changing environment
  • Fluent in English

Bonus Points

  • Tech or consulting experience
  • MBA or graduate degree in related field preferred
