Sales Operations Associate, Uber Eats - London

The Uber Eats team is looking for a Sales Operations Associate for their London, United Kingdom team who will be responsible for building, analyzing, and communicating the sales performance results to empower decision making & sales strategy. The Sales Operations Strategic Planning & Analytics (SP&A) team enables sales and leadership to amplify their sales performance via robust analyses, sales plans, and automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop business insights. Work closely with operations, marketing, sales, finance and teammates, globally, to identify important trends, problems, and opportunities across regions
- Work with Commercial leadership, Global Analytics & Sales Systems to analyze and improve the systems that help us understand sales efficiency & merchant performance on the platform
- Improve and automate processes: Identify administrative tasks that impede sales from achieving their target, and scope and partner with various teams to build automation that eliminate the tasks completely
- Analytics Support: Maintain critical reporting infrastructure to minimize downtime of core sales insights & dashboards
- Forecasting
- Campaign planning

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar operational function
The ability to apply expertise in metrics and attention to detail to fix problems proactively
- Understanding of CRM principles, sales pipeline management, sales operations best practices
- Passion for developing relationships
- With a love of learning, you thrive in a changing and fast-paced collaborative environment; and can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
