A Uber esta procurando um Operations Manager para se juntar a equipe de Operacoes. Nessa funcao, voce fara parte e trabalhara em estreita colaboracao com um time multifuncional sendo responsavel pelas principais metricas de desempenho relacionadas a fraude, como perdas por fraude, falsos positivos e eficiencia operacional, alem de projetos para prevecao e mitigacao de perdas financeiras. Voce precisara de uma mistura de habilidades tecnica e multifuncionais para se comunicar com varios parceiros internos e externos.


O que voce vai fazer

  • Realizar analises para entender potenciais comportamentos de risco/fraude e contribuir para a criacao de modelos de deteccao de fraudes
  • Criacao e monitoramento das regras de fraude, relatorios e metricas-chave
  • Realizar avaliacoes de risco para identificar proativamente os riscos externos e internos que podem ter impacto no negocio e propor solucoes
  • Participar na ideacao e definicao de projetos colaborativos com fundionarios em todo o mundo com foco na mitigacao de risco/fraude
  • Extrair insights a partir de grandes volumes de dados
  • Comunicar e apresentar suas descobertas a equipe de lideranca local e regional

O que voce precisara

Qualificacoes basicas

  • Ao menos 3 anos de experiencia em uma funcoes focada em dados
  • Experiencia com ferramentas de analise e visualizacao de dados, como Python, R, SQL, Tableau
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente cheio de ambiguidades gerando e investigando hipoteses por meio de uma analise profunda dos dados e sintetizando as descobertas em recomendacoes claras para a lideranca e as equipes regionais
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autonoma
  • Proficiencia em ingles e portugues

Qualificacoes preferenciais

  • Habilidades excepcionais de gerenciamento de dados (preferencialmente proficiencia em SQL)
  • Experiencia em experimentacao, testes A/B e modelagem estatistica sera um diferencial
