Senior Local Hero Account Manager (MLC)

About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for a passionate account manager to join our JP SMB Local Hero Account Management team, working directly with SMB Local Hero brands. You will lead our efforts to retain and grow local heroes who are high-performing and selection-critical partners, and ensure a customer experience that is outstanding. The ideal candidate is a customer centric, process-oriented, empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. You'll succeed in this role if: you are customer focused, you are a strategic and out of the box thinker with an aptitude for solving complex problems and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business to continuously improve our partner offerings and drive best in class execution for our local hero brands.

  • Go-to-market strategy:
  • In partnership with counterparts in operations and strategy, build & execute a retention & development program that delivers business results and an outstanding customer experience catered to local heroes.
  • Commercial accountability:
  • Deliver on your team's commercial objectives, implement an efficient sales management system with your team and drive sales discipline.
  • Pilot and scale: Work with your team and key stakeholders to develop pitches and approaches that appeal to our customers, in keeping with the overall strategy and mission of the Uber Eats business.
  • Stakeholder engagement:
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, bringing them along on the journey. Be a thought partner to key stakeholders on achieving restaurant growth in the region and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
