Territory Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Territory Growth Manager to focus on growing our Delivery business (Uber Eats) in one of our most important territories in Sweden. As a Territory Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis, strategy and execution in order to drive growth and operational excellence in your territory. The role demands an outstanding combination of strong managerial, operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. This position will have a big impact on our Delivery business and also play a key role in our efforts to revolutionize the delivery industry in Sweden.

What the Candidate Will Do:

  • Manage your territory focusing on growing and optimizing our business by improving the experience for consumers, merchants and delivery partners using our platform
  • Analyze performance against OKRs across the territory and develop executional plans to drive top and bottom line results
  • Lead the team of City Growth Associates in your territory, ensuring they are set up for success and maximize their impact
  • Work closely with the Swedish leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic and operational plans for how your territory can accelerate growth and innovation

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field (operations, management consulting, strategy, growth, analytics, business development, finance, or similar), preferably experience from the technology industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from top university, Master's Degree preferred
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment. Comfortable in understanding a business through its financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices. Strong experience working with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot promptly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response
  • Management experience from leading and developing a team
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
