About the Role

We are building an exciting new team to grow our Mobility Ads business in the US & Canada! Uber is a leading Digital Out of Home (DOOH) industry player, enabling additional revenue for the business while also growing earning opportunities for the platform users.

As a Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager, you will help scale the business by driving continuous improvements, working across partner management, city expansion, and ads sales support.

A large part of this role will be focused on working cross-functionally across product, tech, marketing, operations, legal, and other teams to ensure the success of the Cartops program. This is a high-growth, high-impact role that will be a great fit for someone looking to grow alongside a new team, and help shape the future of Uber's Mobility Ads business.

What You'll Do

  • Support the P&L across Cartops markets. Working cross-functionally to plan city launches, ramp up, and execution.
  • Manage external vendor relationships across hardware, ad sales, and various local entities including support with invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to manage inventory and ad operations
  • Driver support and communication
  • Champion the success of Cartops internally, and ensure sufficient investments are made by our team and cross-functional partners

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional work experience in a related field (start-up, operations, strategy, analytics, tech)
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills.
