Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are on the front line introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Compensation Associate for Uber Eats who will own the operational execution and continuous improvement of sales incentive plans across EMEA. You will become a resident expert on sales strategy and efficiency across multiple countries, teams and product types, utilising this expertise to help set sales targets and operationalize strategic planning throughout EMEA. You will help to deliver key projects and work alongside external consultants and system architects to implement our new, cloud-based, sales compensation system (Xactly). This is a unique opportunity to partner with the Head of EMEA Sales Compensation to expand existing sales strategies to new countries and teams!

What You'll Do

  • Analytics: provide key stakeholders with critical reporting information and sales insights.
  • Growth: continually improve and automate current sales compensation processes and assist with plan design changes
  • Systems: support the implementation of our new cloud-based sales compensation platform with accuracy
  • Strategy: partner with sales leadership to set performance targets for sales teams, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes within the operational environment

What You'll Need

  • At least 4 years experience overall with 2+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting)
  • Experience of owning target-setting, reporting and analytics
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to positively and effectively connect with internal partners
  • A track record of sophisticated problem solving, attention to detail and ability to deliver
  • Strong interpersonal skills which allow you to build trust with internal partners, and adeptly manage the cross-functional coordination with global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Database systems (SQL, Hive etc.), sales compensation experience, knowledge of Salesforce & Xactly (these are all nice-to-have's)
