About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for an outstanding individual to own the B2B CRM Strategy within the Merchant Operations team. Reporting into the Merchant Experience & Product Strategy lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B Comms & Channel strategy.

This role is an exciting opportunity to own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a CRM strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders both in ANZ and globally to shape the Merchant comms strategy, define the channel strategy and execute CRM campaigns to drive engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the comms & engagement plan across multiple teams to ensure an effective overall comms strategy across all owned channels
  • Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to orchestrate CRM campaigns, merchant engagement & targeted comms
  • Run & coordinate data analytics to drive engagement and refine segmentation & targeting
  • Coordinate insights generation to develop targeted comms initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • Relevant experience in strategy, marketing or project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior partners and cross-functional teams to develop and operationalise initiatives
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through excellent analytical thinking
  • Bias toward action and ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • CRM & Channel Management experience
  • Digital Marketing experience
