About the Role

As the Sales Content Manager on the Sales Enablement team at Uber for Business, you'll be responsible for equipping the global sales team with the client-facing content needed to support prospecting, selling / upselling and post-sale client-education. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll develop a deep understanding of sales' and customers' needs and collaborate across functions to deliver, manage, and surface content that influences sales productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with global sales, sales operations, marketing, events, and other internal teams on the development, cataloging, organization, and enablement of content used across the sales cycle
  • Map content to the buyer's journey, sales stages, or other frameworks, auditing to ensure coverage of the end-to-end buying/selling cycle
  • Consult with content development teams to ensure all content created is optimized for the global sales audience, across all client-facing roles and content is updated for accuracy over time
  • Develop outbound email templates to accompany asset distribution, modeling high performing campaigns
  • Integrate content into a content management tool, ensuring assets are organized optimally for sales consumption
  • Communicate content updates/additions/retirements to the global sales organization.
  • Analyze and report on content effectiveness

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement or in a content strategy role
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Marketing teams on sales enablement initiatives
  • Problem solver with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and influence partners without authority
  • Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience using or managing content management systems and sales enablement systems
  • Ability to adapt work schedule to accommodate working on a global team
