Enterprise Operations Coordinator, Uber Eats France

About the Role

As an Enterprise Ops Coordinator you will manage specific initiatives to support the enterprise team. You will build, and optimize internal processes with the goal of helping our partners grow their delivery business, and making Uber Eats the most loved delivery platform. You will coordinate, internally across teams and externally across stakeholders, the efficient onboarding of Enterprise Restaurant Partners and ensure they are set up for success from Day 1. This is an Operations role within a Sales Team - and calls for a combination of strong technical skills, excellent communication & stakeholder management, and a clear sense of ownership. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about our restaurant partners.

What you'll do

  • Leverage Salesforce pre-sales, onboarding processes, and manage data cleanliness
  • Support franchise partnerships via referral processes and new location launches
  • Work cross functionally with multiple teams around the clock and manage a large stakeholder group to coordinate rollout phases
  • Build & Optimize processes ensuring seamless, efficient onboarding experiences at scale and for Uber Eats' most strategic portfolio

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in a similar operational function
  • Salesforce.com and advanced Excel skills are mandatory for this role
  • Process Machine: proven experience in building outstanding process- and displaying data-management skills; Proven experience in building and optimizing processes
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills - the ability to manage your time effectively whilst working with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
  • Problem solving skills. When you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it
