Associate Program Manager, Tech

About the Role

As a member of the GSS Strategy and Planning team, you will have an opportunity to drive business insights and decisions benefitting GSS & Uber.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, be extremely well organized, manage time and deliverables effectively and be able to clearly communicate and present information to drive better decisions/results.

  • Use SQL to develop data models and architecture that will assist in providing insights from mountains of data
  • Build reports and dashboards utilizing multiple sources of data
  • Develop and track KPIs/metrics to provide insights while identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain scorecards and dashboards (BvA, vendor assessment, vendor feedback, weekly team updates, etc)
  • PO balance tracking & analysis and management of quarterly PO/PR requisition process
  • Invoice validation with GSS team and vendor teams

---- What the You Will Do ----

--- What You Will Need----

  • Minimum 3-4 years of business analysis, data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or other quantitative focus
  • Statistical modeling and analysis skills
  • SQL skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and pivot tables and Google Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship and prioritize tasks and work under pressure
