Sales Enablement Associate, Uber for Business

About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Coordinator at Uber for Business, you'll provide the operational foundation for Sales Enablement. Specifically, you'll manage Enablement operations such as systems administration, logistics management, content development and reporting. Additionally, you'll partner with your Enablement peers to find areas for optimization and deliver solutions. The support you provide will allow our Enablement to deliver top-notch training and communications to our global sales team, better enabling our reps to meet their goals.

You're extremely well-organized and detail oriented. You excel at working in a team environment and building strong relationships within Enablement and with internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about the impact Sales Enablement can have on an organization.

What You'll Do

  • Training logistics management: Support scheduling of live trainings, meetings, and events. Manage attendee communications pre & post session.
  • Learning systems administration: onboard new hires, maintain backend settings, troubleshoot issues, act as the day-to-day POC for our vendor partners
  • Content development & maintenance: build, maintain and optimize learning content that will move the needle on sales effectiveness
  • Reporting: Monitor reporting on training completion and score performance, own the communications to Managers and Leaders to improve training engagement metrics
  • Optimization: You'll partner with your peers on the Enablement team to understand what operational tasks could be improved or scaled and define and implement solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Experience in instructional design
