LATAM Customer Experience Senior Developer

About the Role

The automation team is responsible to improve customer support requests satisfaction throughout the development of automated experiences and, responsible to maximize contact center agents efficiency with a reasonable return of investment.

The Automations analyst and developer is the responsable to create the new automated support experiences and maintenance the existing ones always looking to improve the customer experience.

Their responsibilities will be:

  • Develop new automations and improve existing ones on the different platforms we have (i.e. Self Service, Chat bot, IVR),
  • Analyze meta data of the automations in order to find improvement opportunities.
  • Validate and give feedback on the flowcharts.
  • Work under agile methodology framework.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Partner with Automation Program Manager to maintain existing automations, identify improvement opportunities, build solutions and resolve bugs as they arise
  • Continuously identify opportunities for existing and new automations, helping consolidating insights and crafting robust automations
  • Help craft the long-term product roadmap to improve existing both automations, and regional capabilities to develop new automations
  • Develop the code of new automations and improve existing ones on the different platforms we have (i.e. Self Service, Chat bot, IVR),
  • Analyze metadata of the automations in order to find improvement opportunities.
  • Validate and give feedback on the flowcharts.
  • Work under an agile methodology framework.

What the Candidate Will Need

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
  • Advance knowledge of programming in Javascript
  • Advance knowledge of programming in Python
  • Advance knowledge on software testing techniques
  • Advance coding best practices
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Intermediate Data Analysis with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Comfortable owning and balancing multiple projects or work streams at once
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
  • Advanced data analysis with Google Sheets
  • Ability using Data Studio
  • Advanced English required (B2 or above)
