About the Team:

Uber's People and Organization Development (POD) team is focused on accelerating Uber's business by enhancing employee experience around growth and development across their life cycle at Uber. The POD team is responsible for building and implementing key People and Organizational Development processes - Performance, Culture & Engagement, Change Management, Talent Management, People Development programs, and Onboarding.

About The Role:

In this role, you will be part of the Individual and Teams Enablement pillar, within the People Development (PD) team. This role focuses on supporting Uber's overall approach to development through the design, delivery, and measurement of learning and development experiences for individual contributors and teams.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Individual Pillar POC for all operational partners outside of People and Organizational Development.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and People Managers to share existing and future People and Organizational development tools and opportunities that meet the current needs of the business.
  • Manage diverse sets of partners across the company's People teams to understand needs and get work done fast and in a way that is relevant. Design and deliver development programs for individual contributors and help them drive their growth at Uber Shape and leverage L&D KPIs, company and learner data, and business feedback to iterate and improve existing programs in ways that drive impact and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate the impact and efficacy of learning initiatives for the business.
  • Cultivate deep understanding of the company learner experience and how it impacts business priorities and objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in learning facilitation
  • Outstanding planning & project management skills based on human-centered design work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to keep partners advised in a quickly evolving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & cross-functional collaboration skills
