About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Project Management professional to join our APAC COE PMO team in Manila. The Project Manager will ensure the delivery and management of multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value. The role calls for project management, customer centrism, and zeal for successfully delivering complex projects that drive business value. The person should also be prepared to manage, steer and guide the junior team members.

This role will work across many functions and teams, in the region and in other international offices; providing you the chance to create, prioritize, and implement projects to help this fast-growing region scale. Always looking to improve efficiency and solve problems that arise in this high change environment, this role is dynamic and fast thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Independently execute various global, regional, and site-level projects, across multiple teams dealing with e.g. quality and service improvements, creating and improving capabilities, data analytics, migrations, people initiatives, reporting improvements, process standardization, and keeping track of plans, quality, and timelines for such activities
  • Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define achievements, and lead resources while driving adherence and compliance with timelines.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization
  • Lead diverse sets of stakeholders across our team and business to get work done fast that is relevant to the appropriate audience
  • Guide, steer and evaluate junior members of the team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Project Management, and/or Continuos Improvement.
  • Experience in leading and motivating professionals either directly or indirectly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Stakeholder Management - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and empower people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills and don't get overwhelmed easily; able to prioritize work in a way that makes sense for him/herself and collaborators
  • Communicate deliberately and clearly across different audiences and levels to get the message across
  • Analytically oriented - you can demonstrate the impact and efficacy of initiatives on the business
  • Problem Solving - you can do root cause analysis and drive results in a big way
  • Teamwork and Inclusiveness - work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
