About the Role

As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Uber Health team is looking for a charismatic, experienced, hands-on leader to scale our partnership efforts across the entire healthcare ecosystem. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be entrepreneurial and deeply interested in improving the healthcare landscape.

As the Head of Partnerships for Uber Health, you lead our go-to-market motion across all verticals and play an integral role in defining the cross-functional team's overarching strategy in tandem with the GM, Uber Health. Moreover, you often serve as the face of Uber for Health externally by negotiating priority deals and providing thought leadership within the industry. This is a highly cross-functional position that will provide ample opportunity to collaborate internally across teams including product, finance, legal, marketing, and operations.

What You'll Do

Develop and drive the overall partnership and channel strategy for Uber Health

Evaluate, prioritize, and execute strategic partnerships across a variety of verticals in the healthcare industry across NEMT, EHR, Pharma, Payors, Providers, and other verticals as appropriate

Develop meaningful relationships with clients and potential partners, supporting deals from start to finish

Drive maximum effectiveness and impact from partnerships through ongoing optimization and channel development

Envision new ways for the sales and partnership teams to positively impact core business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch new markets and offerings

Set, track, and report on ambitious performance metrics

Coach and develop top talent

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar role
  • BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative focus
  • Core understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how payers, providers, NEMT brokers, and others play into the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and leading high-performing entrepreneurial teams
  • A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities
  • History of forming partnerships and driving technical negotiations
  • Analytical mindset with a player-coach mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
