About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will help execute on a range of exciting programs across the APAC region through which you will design and deliver a diverse set of programs to enable a more efficient and effective sales organisation. From driving the implementation of the new Gainsight Account Management tool to identifying offshoring efficiencies to identifying key levers to drive growth and profitability, there is a lot of exciting work to take on!

This role will work closely with Sales, regional stakeholders and global partners to identify and prioritize programs which will drive our Sales organisation and overall business strategies forward. We're looking for someone with strong problem solving skills, excellent project management abilities, great stakeholder management, and with the ability to shift between the high level picture and detailed operations seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders in markets, regional and global teams to identify and prioritise programs which will help shape the Uber Eats sales organisation.
  • Rigorously prioritise the most impactful initiatives and drive accountability by measuring impact and KPIs.
  • Implement mechanisms to track and evaluate sales systems, processes and reporting to facilitate continuous process improvements.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities, and influence product, engineering and operations roadmaps.
  • Build effective ways to engage with a wide and diverse group of stakeholders ensuring to gather their input, take them on the journey, and get their buy-in for your team's roadmap.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to define and implement optimal solutions.
  • Manage and execute projects end-to-end, demonstrating strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Be a hustling multi-tasker. You'll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years experience in a sales organisation at a tier 1 technology company
  • Track record of successfully delivering customer focused projects
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement, balanced by deep customer focus and empathy.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, analytical aptitude, and commercial acumen
  • Team player who builds collaborative relationships and thrives in partnering closely with others teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
  • Solid analytical abilities; ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required to help inform decisions.
  • Effective at implementation of complex programs and initiatives through collaboration across functions, geographies, and organization levels
  • Superb program management skills and ability to drive consistent delivery of high quality initiatives.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
