Exit on the arrivals level

You’ll get directions about Portland Airport pickup points directly in the app. From baggage claim, proceed to the Parking Garage through one of two tunnels following signs for “Transportation Plaza”. Take the elevator to Level 1 of the garage. The Uber pickup area is on the left side of the garage at Zones A and B.

Meet your driver

Go to your assigned PDX pickup location as specified by the app. Please note: this location may not always be at your nearest exit. Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
